 Qinhuangdao Zhongde Industry Co., Ltd is a professional factory of label machine which integrate research and development, production and manufacture, installation and comissioning, sales and service all together. The company covers 30000 square meters. It holds comprehensive process machinery. large NC machining center :11 sets; NC lathe: 15 sets; high precision NC linear cutting lathe: 13 sets; and other machinery more than 40 sets including large NC planomiller, large curve grinder, NC engraving machine; large NC flame cutting machine, universal miller, radial drilling machine; tapping drilling machine and ect. Machinery of material thermal treatment, paint spraying, baking finish are also set so that we can complete the whole process in the factory and ensure the quality. Zhongde have also set the chain for label machine simulation test. It can simulate the user’s condition of production on site. The comissioning period can be largely shortened , and test consumption can be saved . It guarantee the smooth operation of the label machine.

The ZD-TJSB series cold glue labeler 8000b/h--60000b/h, have taken the market share of over 80%. ZD-RJJ series hot melt glue labeler have consist of reel labeler, pre-cuting labeler, edible oil labeler and self-adhesive labeler. More than 1000 labeler from zhongde is applied in different industry such as beer, drink, edible oil, seasoning, chemical, food and etc. Many of our customers are well known companies of large scale including Tsingtao Brewery Group , China Resource Brewery Ltd , Beijing Yanjing Brewery Co., Ltd, Carlsberg group, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Coca-Cola Co.
